Alexandre Ávalo

Alexandre Ávalo is a lawyer, professor, and Chief Municipal Attorney of Campo Grande (MS). He is a partner at Ávalo & Rizkallah Advogados Associados law firm.


He teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Civil Procedural Law and Constitutional Law, and also lectures at the School of Advocacy (ESA) and the School of Magistracy (ESMAGIS).


Alexandre handles over 1,000 cases, with a primary focus and specialization in Civil Appeals and Electoral Law. He has served as Legal Advisor to the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul and was shortlisted to fill the position of judge at the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul (TJMS) through the Quinto Constitucional.


Alexandre holds a Master's degree in Law from UFMS, and postgraduate degrees in Civil Procedural Law (INPG/UCDB), Constitutional Law (PUC-RJ), and Tax Law (PUC-Minas).


He is the co-author of several books, including "Novo CPC e o Processo Tributário," "Novo CPC: Análise Doutrinária," "Manual de Direito Processual Civil," "Manual de Direito Civil," "Direito Eleitoral, Comentários, Doutrina e Jurisprudência," and "O Novo Direito Eleitoral Brasileiro," among others. He has also authored various articles published in specialized magazines and websites.


Today, in addition to his work in advocacy and municipal law, Alexandre coordinates a new project aimed at lawyers, where he shares his practical experience on Appeals and other Civil Remedies through social media and online training, aiming to transform the legal profession through knowledge.
